- From Cavaillon > Autoroute A7, exit Cavaillon > direction St Remy on the D99.
- From Avignon, on the road > direction Arles, Tarascon (N570) > after crossing the Durance River, take to your left the D571 to St Remy de Provence.
- From Avignon, on the autoroute > A7, exit Avignon Sud > direction Noves and St Remy on the D30.
- From Nimes or Montpellier > exit Arles > direction Beaucaire / Tarascon > St Remy de Provence
