Our unique estate is made up of 5 living spaces offering 53 rooms and suites with a Spa, a boutique, a chocolate factory and two restaurants.
It is at L'Oustau de Baumanière, a 3 Michelin star restaurant, that Jean-André Charial, the owner of Baumanière, has entrusted the cooking to Glenn Viel. The Chef proposes creations where the product is highlighted while respecting a tradition.
La Cabro d'Or, the Provençal gastronomic restaurant of Baumanière, invites you to discover the cuisine of Michel Hulin. In a relaxed atmosphere, enjoy a meal with family or friends.
The Baumanière Spa, where you can relax while admiring nature, is a space of relaxation surrounded by a pure and warm atmosphere like a reflection of this typical Provence of the Val d'Enfer. The corridor, discreetly lit by driftwood lamps, leads to the six cabins designed for body and facial treatments. Most of them open onto the garden, and if you feel like having an open-air massage, we are sheltered from view and in the shade of the arbours.
In a subtle blend of modernity and authenticity, it is common to see contemporary furniture cohabiting with antique pieces. No two of our 53 rooms are alike.
Soothing and enveloping, raw and natural materials, colours in half tones, plant tones with beautiful shades of green and the presence of terracotta; nature invites itself into the room and reminds us that we are indeed in Provence.
Brandon Dehan, the Executive Pastry Chef of the Oustau de Baumanière, a mythical 3 Michelin star restaurant - working alongside the Head Chef Glenn Viel - supported by the owners Jean-André and Geneviève Charial, has taken up the challenge of proposing his vision of chocolate through his creations in which the praline will be his signature.
In collaboration with Chef Chocolatier Julien Despaquis, they propose: gourmet bars and pure origin bars (Cuba, Sao Tomé, Ecuador, Vietnam, ...), boxes of sweets or confectionery according to the seasons, which will delight the taste buds of amateurs as well as the finest connoisseurs.
Also to be discovered, surprising sweets: "Les Cigales", gourmands, the subtle alliance of chocolate and praline with the aromatics of our Alpilles garden: basil, thyme, wild fennel, rosemary, lavender, savory.

Antoine Cazin our Head Sommelier at L'Oustau de Baumanière opens the doors of one of the largest private wine cellars in France for a wine tasting course and welcomes you to L'Oustau de Baumanière's tasting area, dedicated to sharing and conviviality. An introduction followed by wine tasting and visit of the cellar which will highlight the best wines of our regions. You will then share a lunch with a wine pairing by our three-starred chef. A bottle of Affectif rouge, Jean-André Charial's wine, is offered.
Oenology course at L'Oustau: 300 €
Course from 9.30 am to noon, followed by a lunch with wine pairing (starter, main course, dessert, 3 glasses of wine) served at the table with all participants and accompanying persons.
Group of 10 people maximum - 4 participants minimum
On this occasion you will receive a 10% discount on your wine and champagne purchases at the Baumanière boutique.
It is possible for you to come accompanied for the meal (limited to one accompanying person per participant in the wine tasting course)
Your companion will taste the wine painring menu with you and the other guests. The price for the "accompanying person" meal during the Oustau wine tasting course is 210€.
