Our head sommelier opens the doors for you to one of the biggest private wine cellars in France during a class in oenology. He welcomes you in the new wine-tasting space at the Oustau de Baumanière. This introduction with wine tasting highlights the best wines of our regions. You then share a convivial lunch with a Food & Wine pairing menu concocted by our chef, awarded two stars by Michelin.
