Baked Melon and Smoked Ham Salad


- 1 melon

- 1 lettuce

- pines nuts

- slices of smoked ham

- vinaigrette made with raspberry vinegar


Cut the melon in two and scoop out the seeds.

Cut the halves into 1cm thick slices.

Place on a baking tray and leave for 90 minutes in an oven preheated to 80°C/175°F. Remove and let cool.

In the meantime, wash the lettuce and separate the leaves. Cut the smoked ham into narrow strips. Mix the ham with the lettuce and the vinaigrette and sprinkle with pine nuts.

Spread the melon slices in a fan around the salad.
