The Rabassier's Tartine open-face truffle sandwich

Serves 2


- 2 nice slices of a rustic loaf

- 1 60g truffle

- farm butter 

- 1 tbsp Guérande salt (coarse salt)


Grill the bread on one side only. 

Spread with butter, cut the truffle into thin round slices and distribute them on the the butter. 

Sprinkle with the salt.
