Located in the heart of Provence, in the peaceful hamlet of Laudun, surrounded by vineyards, is Maison 1643, a former silkworm farm dating from the 17th century.

The house opens onto a vast garden, surrounded by trees and crossed by a river, providing an ideal setting for a warm and friendly holiday.

You can relax in the shade of bamboo, cherry trees and magnolias, while listening to the murmur of the river and the song of the cicadas.

Just 25 minutes by car, you can discover the rich histories and heritage of the cities of Avignon and Uzès, as well as the famous Pont du Gard, ideal for walks.

The swimming pool, recently renovated, uses water treatment with Bio-UV lamps, without chemicals. The rooms have also been renovated and offer spacious space.

Two bedrooms on the first floor overlook a columned passageway and enclosed paved courtyard, while the third bedroom is on the second floor. Each room has a separate entrance.

Finally, to complete your stay, a table d'hôtes is offered upon reservation, featuring high-quality seasonal and local products.

Our three guest rooms were renovated in 2022 and are spread over the first and second floor of our house.

Each room has a private bathroom with shower, separate toilet, air conditioning, free wifi, kettle and Nespresso coffee maker.

For your comfort, soap, shampoo, shower gel, bathrobes, bath and pool towels are provided.

A homemade breakfast, included, is prepared every morning and can be taken in the dining room or under the covered courtyard depending on the weather.

Wood is the common thread of this warm 26m2 Fusta room (wood in Occitan).

It has its own shower room and separate toilet.

The bathroom, open to the bedroom, is highlighted by a burnt wood arch.

The bed, 160 by 200, is covered with a wooden headboard over the entire height of the wall.

The Lady with the Ermine, in reference to the painting by Leonardo da Vinci, welcomes you to this beautiful 27 m2 room on the first floor.

The roundedness of the room, the 160 x 200 four-poster bed and the walls which reveal the old paintings give it a timeless atmosphere. The bathroom with shower and separate WC is decorated with zelliges and polished concrete.

On the second floor, L’Étage welcomes you, under the roof.

With its parquet floors and beams, you will nestle in a bohemian atmosphere.

This large 30m2 room, with a 180 by 200 bed, was renovated in 2023.
