Tasting : This deeply colored red wine has an intensely jammy berry nose. Present but elegant tannins give it a well-structured mouthfeel with a long finish. |
Food and wine pairing : Excellent on roasted meats, meats in sauces, caramelized duck breast, or leg of lamb for example. Serving temperature : 18°C.

Food and wine pairing : Serve at 18°C accompanied by terrines, roasted red meats, meats in sauces, game (venison haunch, rabbit or wild boar stew, stuffed poultry, poultry with truffles...), scrambled eggs with truffles, and soft cheeses (camembert, brie...). Very successful, original pairing with lobster in red wine, aïgo de homard (lobster soup), and lotte aux lardons (monkfish with lardons).

Tasting : Deep, bright, clear pink color. Intense raspberry and strawberry nose that develops in the mouth with notes of tart red fruits such as gooseberries and currants. Balance and freshness add to the wine's fine aromatic persistence. |
Food and wine pairing : "La Perle de Rosée" can just as easily be served as an aperitif as during a meal. It has a slightly more intense structure than "Les Terrasses", which makes it an ideal accompaniment to grilled fish, roasted white meat, frest goat cheese, and fresh berry-based desserts or sorbets.

Le Chardonnay

Grape varieties : 100% Chardonnay. |

Tasting : Pale gold with tinges of green, our Chardonnay has a very aromatic nose evoking pear and peach. It is fresh and well-balanced in mouth. Aromas of exotic fruits such as pineapple and mango melt elegantly. Long finish. |
Food and wine pairing : Ideal as an aperitif, the Chardonnay is to be tried along with vegetable dishes, either oven browned or marinated: stuffed zucchnis and eggplants, for example. It alos goes well with scalops in cream sauce, goat cheese, mint, or Japanese sushis. Serve between 10 and 12°C.

Tasting : Pale color with bright, clear silvery highlights. White flowers on the nose with apricot and vine peach notes. The pure, round mouthfeel is backed by ample freshness, blossoming into exotic fruits with a violet finish. |
Food and wine pairing : A favorite as an aperitif, "Le Viognier du Pesquié" is one of those rare wines that can be paired with asparagus. It makes an elegant accompaniment to foie gras, grilled fish, stuffed squid, shellfish rillettes, and coquilles Saint Jacques gratins. This wine variety also enhances cheese dishes such as parmesan risotto, soufflets au comté, and goat cheeses. For dessert, it is delicious with pecan, pear, or apricot pie.

Tasting : A brilliant white gold with a complex nose comprising white flower perfumes, such as hawthorn, and more fruity aromas including mango, greengage and pêche des vignes. Grilled almond and honey flavours and notes of blonde tobacco enhance this delicious bouquet. The mouth is ample and structured. With its richness and its natural freshness, white Quintessence is a well balanced wine with a strong aromatic intensity. |
Food and wine pairing : This rich wine needs to be accompanied by delicate and complex dishes such as lobster à l'armoricaine, gratin of langoustine tail or mild curries. Concerning cheese, keep to unpasteurized, soft varieties such as Saint-Félicien, Saint-Marcellin or Banon.
