Under the direction of Lieven van Aken, the Bistrot's chef selects his products and works on a seasonal menu with the finest produce from the region and the Domaine's own agroecological farm. The Bistrot is also a wonderful opportunity to taste the sublime olive oil of this place, an ode to Provence, gorged with these delicate and precious fruits. Accompanied by bread kneaded and baked on site by the Domaine's baker.
