The bed & breakfast, Inca, is in a quiet place with a parking spot for you car, 10 minutes from Avignon on the city bus, the nearest bus stop being 10 minutes away by foot.

The B&B room

The guest room is actually a small apartment comprised of:

a lounge, 11.5 m², opening on to the garden by way of a 2 x 2 sliding glass door,
a bedroom, approx. 12m², also opening on to the garden by a 2 x 2 sliding glass door. Both rooms have direct access to the pool a dozen meters away.
a bathroom, 4.8 m² with toilet and shower, and with a small windowa,
a room of 4.8 m², without a window but with ventilation, equipped with a two-basin sink, a 1.20 x 0.6 countertop, a microwave, an electric kettle, a refrigerator, a coffee machine, the washer and dryer are not at the disposal of our tenants
an entry with tall cupboard and rug.

The big glass doors face south. Just outside there is garden furniture, including a table, four chairs and a parasol. Possibility of adding a single bed. The room will be conditioned from the summer
