Store your bottle of Noilly Prat upright in a dry, temperate place. Once opened, keep the bottle in the refrigerator.
Never leave it in the freezer.
Serve Noilly Prat chilled, frappé or on ice, in either a long-stemmed glass or a tumbler (a tall aperitif glass with a square base) in order to better appreciate its aroma and admire its colour.

The colour
Observe the shimmering colour of Noilly Prat under a non-fluorescent light, against a clear, plain background. The clarity is perfect, the shine dazzling.
Hold the glass by the base or the stem and tilt it back at an angle of 45°: Noilly Prat then reveals the full delicacy of its colour: yellow straw clear with golden highlights.
The nose
Turn the glass while holding it by the stem to achieve a revolving motion. Sample its bouquet. Turn the glass. Sample it again. Then discover the flavours which emerge from Noilly Prat: nut, hazel nut, nutmeg, with an apple note at the end.
The flavours
To discern the flavours, it is necessary to gently swill the wine around in the mouth. Noilly Prat is mellow in taste with a slight, unassuming acidity. After
