Nathalie, passionate and self-taught, creates a subtle and generous cuisine, which favours seasonal vegetables, herbs and spices. For his part, Jean-François chooses the wines from the region that marvelously accompany these original dishes.
Also on the menu, Alain Milliat's traditionally-made fruit juices (summer pear, bush peach, pink grape, raspberry from the Ardèche...) and Terre Adélice's ice creams and sorbets (lemon basil, lavender, verbena, cardamom, bitter cocoa...) offer you exceptional flavours.
Finally, tea and coffee lovers will be delighted. The different selection of top of the range teas (genmaicha, sencha, earl grey, lapsang souchong, sidi kaouki...) are served in black cast-iron teapots, while the coffees come in varieties from the strongest (ristretto) to the lightest (café leggero) without forgetting two sorts of expressos.
