The hotel of the Couvent Royal has 6 halls spread over 910m2, each different according to their accommodation capacities, from 12 to 300 people, and to their character.

The former refectory comprises 5 bays ; originally it had been much larger, the primitive kitchens being situated outside. The lower part of the hall served as an "atrium", a stone basin, sitting against the wall separating it from the chapel, allowed for ablutions before the meals that were served in the upper part.
