Our truffle market in France is reserved for private individuals. The truffle market opens the first Sunday of December and lasts until mid-March.
This truffle market in the South of France is open every Sunday morning from 10 am to noon. It is located on the square in the heart of the village : Place de l'Esplan.
On opening day in the beginning of the season, truffle lovers are invited to try the "brouillade", and local chefs, also invited, give their first impressions and all of them will be keen to present the truffle on their menus. |
