After concocting a complete menu together, you will share the Chef's table to sample your dishes, accompanied, of course, by the best wines of the region.

9 : 00 – Pierre PAUMEL welcomes you to his Gourmet Workshop Planning the menu: starter – Main dish – dessert.
10 : 30 – Break
12 : 00 – Aperitif
12 : 30 – Enjoying the meal together accompanied by wines from the Rhône Valley
15 : 00 – End of the course

Synonym with early learning and discovery, this Workshop will give them the occasion to prepare gourmet desserts at the Chef's side : a three-Chocolate mousse, delicate tart, fruit cocktail. 4 portions to take home and sample with Mom and Dad.

- For morning classes, you take away your creations.
