The Chef Pierre PAUMEL – Master Cook of France – is making a date with you, in his Workshop, to learn another way of cooking through his professional techniques, permitting you to make original recipes easy to reproduce at home. During the different Workshops, the Chef will put the accent on cooking techniques : steam, microwave, low temperature, all indispensable instructions for cooking lovers !
After concocting a complete menu together, we will share the Chef’s table to sample your dishes, accompanied, of course, by the best wines of the region. |
