By car :
Take the A8 exit "Promenade des Anglais/Nice Centre", then take the Promenade des Anglais along the beach to the Place Massena and take Boulevard Jean Jaurès that follows the tramway and at the first street turn left (Traverse des Flandre) then take the street Rue Alberti to the end and the hotel H33 is on the 3rd street to the left (33, rue Pastorelli).
