Made up of buildings dating from the 17th century, brought back to life by the loving owners of this spot, Hullias is situated at the top of a hill facing the village of Saint Christol de Rodières and enjoys unobstructed views over the surrounding hills and countryside.
The Mas d’Hullias offers you and your family and friends a magnificent, quiet and comfortable retreat beneath the sun of the Provençal Gard. The villa and the immense garden with its beautiful swimming pool provide you with all the comforts you could dream of for your vacations.
Between the main house and the former sheepfold (Bergerie), you can come stay with up to 16 people. There are 7 double bedrooms (1 of which has 4 beds), all with quality mattresses (queen-size or twin), as well as 5 bathrooms.
The main house
Big 17th century stone house with 310m² of living space comprising a big dining room, two large living rooms, an entirely equipped kitchen, 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 5 WC and a laundry room.
Two living rooms
One, 40 m2 and on the ground floor, the other, 40m2 and next to the dining room with terrace and views over the hills and Saint Christol, make up the shared living spaces.
The dining room
The big 37m2 dining room has a fireplace and lets you entertain 18 to 20 people for meals.
The kitchen
The kitchen has semi-professional equipment (2 induction cookers for 6 rings, side-by-side refrigerator-freezer, 2 microwave ovens, dishwasher, several appliances, abundant tableware such as plates, glasses, knives and forks and cooking utensils).
On the same storey as the lower living room, you will also find a laundry room with washer and dryer as well as a 2nd upright freezer.
The vaulted bedroom (30 m2)
It looks out over the entrance yard and the street; it has a double bed, 2 night tables and lamps, a wardrobe, two tables, two chairs, a wicker chair. At the back of a recess, there is an Italian-style shower, a sink, a chair and an enclosed toilet.
It is situated on the same storey as the lower living room and the laundry room.
On the garden level:
The library bedroom (20m2) is situated next to the house's front door, behind the kitchen. It has a mezzanine, a double bed, 2 night tables and lamps, 1 closet, 1 chest of drawers, a writing desk, 1 fauteuil, 1 chair. It has a shower, double sinks and a toilet.
On the other side of the house, behind the upper living room, you will find the antechamber leading to the green bedroom, the yellow bedroom, and also the shared bathroom.

The “upper” bedroom (12 m2), overlooking the back of the house towards the “bergerie”, has a double bed, 2 night tables and lamps, 1 closet, 1 big wardrobe, a table and a chair.
The “children's” bedroom (20 m2), across from the upper bedroom, has a double bed, 2 twin beds, 4 night tables and lamps, 1 bomboniere, low cabinets.
Shared bathroom (5m2): 1 bathtub, 1 sink with mirrored cabinet, toilet.
The Bergerie
A bit away from the house, across from the swimming pool and the yellow bedroom, it has 40m2 of space with a mezzanine, where you will find an Italian-style shower, an enclosed toilet and a sink, a wicker chair and a stool and dressing table. The bedroom has a double bed, 2 night tables and lamps, 1 closet, a chest of drawers, a writing desk, 2 chairs, a wicker chair.
The swimming pool
The 12m x 5m swimming pool, across from the house and the bergerie, is in the sun throughout the day. You reach it by way of a few steps and it is equipped with an underwater alarm. Deck chairs let you relax in the pleasant shade of the olive trees bordering the pool.
The Garden
9000 m2 and unenclosed, planted with olive trees, fruit trees (cherry, peach, apricot, almond, plum, fig), grapevines and lavender. The landed is divided over 3 levels, one planted with fruit trees and the other with olive trees; the parking area is below, on the 3rd level.
