The Château d'Esparron, a listed building, was founded by the Castellane family in the 13th century and has remained there ever since.
While extensive renovations have recently been carried out in order to make it comfortable and welcoming, we have done all we can to preserve its unique atmosphere and style.
Overlooking the old village on one side and the countryside on the other, the house combines examples of the main French architectural styles from the middle ages up to the 18th century. Its imposing medieval tower, massive stone spiral staircase and courtyard are particularly remarkable.
