In the large vaulted room of the Moulin, Chef Thibaud Chadebec offers a menu based on local products that are sublimated according to the seasons.
The day's harvest and fishing set the tone. On the patio as well as in the dining room, on the barbecue as well as in the kitchen, the menu is constantly renewed. The common thread is the classics of a Provence of sharing, which are enhanced by spices and preparations from elsewhere.
