To order: we will ask you to date and sign a "Bon pour accord" (order form), accompanied by a 30% deposit, paid by cheque or bank transfer. Upon reception, we will send you an invoice of which the remainder is to be paid the day of merchandise pick-up.

Your ordered merchandise, coming from our workshop, is put on pallets and held in place by straps. Depending on the merchandise, we wedged foam rubber between the stones; all the pieces on a pallet are secured by thermo-retractable covers. The merchandise is then weighed and information relating to its weight and dimensions will be given to you.

You can come and pick up your merchandise. You can also give us the responsibility of organizing the delivery of the pallets or the container; costs of transport at your expense. Carried out by our partners in road transport, prices vary depending on the number of pallets, weight and destination. Deliveries by container to the United States are done in conformity with the new regulations in effect. The pallets and all wood for wedging are treated according to the NIMP15 standard. For the export of materials older than one hundred years, an exit authorization passport is requested from the Services de l'Architecture et du Patrimoine Français. The deliveries for export are carried out by our partners in maritime transport.
