The Thoronet Abbey

The Thoronet Abbey was built between the end of the 12th century and start of the 13th by the Cistercian monks of Tourtour on an untamed spot in the Var in Provence. An art and architectural treasure, it is the most austere of the three Cistercian sisters of Provence.

A place possessing a strong historical and spiritual identity, its state of preservation, the quality of the tour as well as the enhancement of its features will leave you with an indelible impression.
