At the Mas des Roses, 3 separate gîtes have been laid out in an authentic stone country house in the southern Cévennes. They can accommodate respectively 4, 6 and 10 people, and can be rented separately or all together for 20 people.
In a peaceful but not isolated spot, the Mas des Roses is situated in Boisset-et-Gaujac, not far from Anduze in the Gard department of the Occitanie region. It has a refreshing 15 m x 4 m swimming pool set on 2 hectares of tree-filled land, a perfect place for a vacation in the south of France. Five minutes from the Mas, the village has all the necessary shops and businesses: bakery, producers of local and seasonal fruits and vegetables, s grocery store, doctor, pharmacy, post office…
Restored with refinement, the Mas des Roses harmoniously combines the authentic architectural elements that testify to its former activities of farming, wine-making and silk production with all present-day comforts, to today devote itself exclusively to accommodating its guests. Ideally situated between the southern Cévennes and the more elevated Cévennes hills, its location lets you make day trips to comfortably explore the numerous typical tourist sites and enjoy the many and varied sports and leisure activities. Far from mass tourism, by winding along the small departmental routes, you can reach the Mediterranean Sea within 45 minutes and the mountains within 30 minutes (plateaus and valleys, the Causses and the Gorges of the Tarn…).
