The nose is fresh, with lemon but also bonbon with a floral hint.
Remains fresh on the palate with notes of lemon and white flowers.

AOC AIX EN PROVENCE.
Oil of intense green fruit with aromas of artichoke and a note of green banana and fresh almond. A lot of ardor and little bitterness

Olive Varieties : Aglandau - Salonenque.
Oil from black fruit with aromas of black olive and lightly stubbled undergrowth. A controlled maturation during one week was carried out before the pressing.
