The history of the estate goes way back, as a part of the building dates from the 16th century and we can still see traces of the different social and agrarian eras : the salt trade, silkworm breeding... |
|
The 10 hectares of vines are composed of 7 grape varieties : syrah, grenache, carignan, mourvèdre, cinsaut, roussane viognier for creating original blends, exuding this countryside of gentle hills, and the mix of vines and fruit trees. The Estate's soil is sandy clay : it brings delicacy and fruitiness thanks to the proportion of sand, but also tannins and richness through the clay. |
