Sélection Mourvèdre, AOC Côtes du Rhône Red 2005 and 2004 : 5.50 € Tax included 90% mourvèdre and 10% syrah. Colour : deep ruby red. Bouquet : stewed berries with hints of clove and nutmeg, slightly smoky finish for the 2004 vintage. Flavour : the tannins are supple and silky and hinge on complex flavours of stewed blackcurrant and blackberry, with a slightly musky and licorice finish.

Grande Réserve, AOC Côtes du Rhône Red 2005 : 9.00 € Tax included 50% syrah, 30% grenache, 10% carignan, 10% mourvèdre. Aged in oak for 9 months. Colour : strong garnet red colour. Bouquet : expressing blackberries and blackcurrant, smoky and spicy. Flavour : complex, a mix of berries and licoricey violet.

La Rosée, AOC Côtes du Rhône rosé 2005 : 4.30 € Tax included 50% syrah, 25% cinsaut, 25% grenache, rosé de saignée. Colour : rose petal, with slight reflections of deep purple. Bouquet : berry and cherry fragrances mingling with hints of mandarin. Flavour : well-balanced, mixing strawberry and a well-appreciated hint of amyl alcohol for the finish.

L'Estaillade, AOC Cotes du Rhone blanc 2004 : 6.00 € Tax included 50% grenache blanc, 30% viognier, 20% roussane. Colour : straw-yellow. Bouquet : dried apricot, peaches in syrup, mingling with floral hints. Flavour : well-rounded and silky, marked with citrus flavours, the full-bodiedness ensures a good finish.
