Red : A blend of Syrah, Grenache Noir and Carignan. Manually harvested in bunches, destalked; adding of yeast and carbonic maceration for the Carignan. With a beautiful ruby red colour, the Terre d'Ocres red is a wine all in fruit, particularly appreciated in its youth for its freshness.
White : A blend of Roussanne, white Grenache and Clairette. Hand harvested, directly pressed. Decantation, then yeast added and fermentation in a temperature controlled vat. Matured for six months. The Terre d'Ocres white is a wine that has kept all its freshness and grapiness. It will be particularly appreciated on a hot summer's day.
Rosé : A blend of Syrah, Grenache Noir and Carignan made by direct pressing and bleeding. Fermentation in a vat and maturing on fine sediment during 1 to 2 months.The Terre d'Ocres rosé is a wine both full-bodied and fruity. The Syrah gives it its elegance while the Carignan brings it the expected vivacity. |
