For over 3 years now, the Domaines de Provence has comprised the Domaine de Clapiers and the Domaine de l'Abbaye de Saint Hilaire.

Often prize-winning, our wines are designated AOC COTEAUX VAROIS EN PROVENCE and VINS DE PAYS DE LA SAINTE BAUME. |
|
|
 We also produce traditional Provencal products such as our Vin Cuit au Feu de Bois ( wine "cooked" over a wood fire), our Carthagene (a mistelle available late 2007) and our Eaux de Vie de Marcs de Raisin (pomace brandy). |

Available in white, rosé and red, of all our wines are estate-bottled. We take an "integrated agriculture" approach to our wine production in order to : |
|
- follow a quality vinegrowing process that respects the environment,
- protect consumer health,
- strengthen the natural defences of the soil and vines,
- ensure wine traceability by reducing the use of crop protection products and fertilizers.
The most recent analysis certifies the total absence of any crop protection residues in our AOC COTEAUX VAROIS EN PROVENCE wines and our VINS DE PAYS DE LA SAINTE BAUME.
