A lawyer at the bar of Aix en Provence, and an enthusiast, Philippe Carreau Gaschereau is a wine buccaneer. He acquired the Château du Seuil in 1972 at a time when the Coteaux d'Aix wines still did not have the recognition of an AOC. In 30 years, his dream of creating a reputable vineyard on the Trévaresse mountain has become a reality. |
