The team of the verger des papes consists of impassioned
who propose to you a unique tasting of the wines of name.
To discover
a wine is to awake its palate, to learn how to make use of it.
The wine
becomes thus an element of our inheritance. Each one will associate a
perfume or a taste a happy memory.

Our tasting cellar (cave) has several tasting rooms.
We
can accommodate groups of 10 to 50 people with prior booking.

Château de la gardine white is a very
top classic white issued from Roussane and clairette Grapes,
fabulous freschness where you will find lovely fruity flavors
dominated by deep and large liquoricce aftertaste.
this is not a woodee wood pequer cuvée this wine was vinificated
on the respect of is natural and original aromas !!! |

Rouge : DOMAINE DU PEGAU 2002
The domaine du Pégau is an estate which
is among the most traditional on the appellation Châteauneuf-du-Pape.
With his daughter Laurence, Paul Féraud makes wines with
huge potential of ageing.
the wines are aged in large casks, and not filtrated. The Cuvée
Réservée has got a nose of licorice, pepper, young
leathery flavors... It is really smelling the real original and
traditional Châteauneuf-du-Pape ! In the mouth, it is concentrated,
fat, powerful, with already very velvety tanins, in spite of the
youth of the wine, impeccably well-balanced tanins. Already super
in tasting, the creme de la creme of 2002. |
