Henri Estevenin,
is a well-known figure, even icon one might say, in the village and
throughout the Rhône Valley. With passion
he has chosen to share the wealth of his native region. Both a visionary
and builder, he has taken the raw materials of his restaurant experience,
his personal connections and his cellar and made of them a place
to showcase the stunning and unique. Come see for yourself the results
of his labours in giving new life to the old stones and their ancient

Guy Brémond, partner
and perfect foil to Henri, was born to the region. However, much
of his professional experience was garnered during 15 years of travelling
and working all over the world as a master sommelier. Back in his
native village since 1999, he shares his wines and those of his neighbors
with grace, knowledge and a perfect command of numerous languages,
much appreciated by the clients of the Cave du Verger des Papes.
