Rental Terms for the House
Included in the rental rates : electricity, water, heating, etc...

Pets only upon request, car advisable, covered parking spots for 3 cars.
Housecleaning, bed and bath linens
The rent includes housecleaning corresponding to a "normal" use. In the case of a stay of several weeks, the house is cleaned once a week. Bed linens, and bath, pool and kitchen towels are provided and changed once a week.
Ltondry room
It is possible to use the ltondry room with the caretaker's assent.
Deposit
Reservations will only be considered fixed when accompanied by a deposit equal to 25% of the total rent. If the tenant withdraws from the contract, the sum goes to the proprietor if the House can not be rented otherwise.
Payment
The remainder of the rent must be paid three weeks before the start of the rental period (we advise you to take out an insurance that covers cancellations).
Costs held back in the case of a cancellation (% of the rent)
- 3 weeks before arrival : 60%
- 2 weeks before arrival : 80%
- 1 week before arrival : 100%
- If the House can otherwise still be rented, the rent is refunded to the renter with a deduction of 200 €, plus possible costs for advertising.
Guarantee
A 700 € cheque must be left upon arrival. In the case of possible damages, the cost of repairs will be deducted from the guarantee and the difference returned to the renter. |
