GRAPE HARVEST from September 17 to 24
Our residence is located on land Sabran known for the quality of its Côtes du Rhône.
Throughout this week, we invite you to meet three different areas and three ways to make wine different.
On Monday, is that we reach on foot the area of Rémèjeanne, walk about 30 to 1 hour where we will see the pickers worked by hand and discover the surrounding scrubland.
We visit the winery, we taste and eat among the olive trees a superb country-style buffet.
Tuesday Free day to discover, to your taste as you go to Tavel and Chateauneuf du Pape ... we will give you our favorite places.
Wednesday is the biggest market in Bagnols-sur-Ceze and we expect around a noon and an anchovy aioli.
Around 18 pm Louis Lefevre, president of the winegrowers Sabran tasting will give you a lecture on the shores of the Rhone.
Thursday starting Chusclan visit the cellar by the winemaker and tasting and lunch at the medieval castle and finally Gicon unforgettable ride the trails of the vine and the senses.
Friday free day of discovery.
The package includes accommodation, dinner served from 19h 30 on the patio Provencal home cooking made by us with local products and breakfasts with our homemade jams and the gourmet meal on Sunday noon: our specialty with lamb confit thyme and rosemary. The country buffet on Tuesday and Thursday lunch buffet and anchovy aioli on Wednesday afternoon. Does not include drinks.

COOKING CLASSES AND CUISINE from October 1 to 8
This is the solicitation of many customers that every year I organize days of cooking classes.
My cooking is authentic, practical and family, full of Mediterranean flavors, I love spices and I have not forgotten my roots in the south west.
Also from 1 to 8 October I suggest you find me to prepare all income sunny and meet local producers of quality.
Maybe we'll have the chance to go pick mushrooms in our woods, foot of sheep, mushrooms ...
We will go grocery shopping together and prepare a great meal back to market in record time!
I'll teach you to prepare a country buffet that we enjoy together among the olive trees while enjoying a sublime Cotes du Rhone and we will also typically Provencal buffet so that you surprise your friends in your future receptions.
Finally we will all discover the best nougat in all of Provence! word greedy! and my favorite olive oil so you can go home with everything you need: recipes, ingredients and good mood!
