End-of-stay housecleaning : 80 euros
Possibility of housecleaning and ironing during your stay, upon request.
Electricity included (surcharge for extra use in winter)

A deposit equal to 35% of the total rent is requested with the reservation.
The remainder must be paid upon arrival.
A guarantee cheque (not cashed) of 2000 euros will be returned one week after departure.
Daily tax : 1 euro per day and per person.
