Come discover the mysterious world of the black truffle of the Tricastin
Saturdays, from early December to March 15
|
Our region is located in the south of the Drome, in the South of France, there where the Dauphiné seems to have married Provence to give birth to the Tricastin. The Tricastin represents more than 60 % of national truffle production.
This invitation to the Tricastin has the ambition not only of helping you discover and get to know the truffle, but also to share with you the passion for the mystery that surrounds it. Mysterious and coveted since the dawn of time, the truffle arouses much more than just a sense of curiosity. Its origins, its shape, its odour, its taste, its colour make the truffle a Grande Dame that everyone agrees to respect. During your time here you will get to know it and love it. Actors and spectators, the roles succeed one another.
