From the village, it’s easy to visit this region, its history and beautiful landscapes. In Saint Quentin la Poterie, there are a bakery, a grocery, a post office, a papers seller. Pottery museum, Terra Viva gallery, lots of potters working. Learning pottery and painting is also possible.

Uzès, which is the first duché of France. You will surely be charmed by this town, one of the most beautiful of France. Have a walk in the streets and have a look at the amazing facades. Don’t miss the saturday market : you will find local products . olives, truffles, goat cheese, flowers, clothes...

15 minutes away there, you will discover the well known Pont du Gard, built by the Romans, to bring the water to Nîmes.

In the middle of a triangle Avignon - Ales - Nîmes, there are also a lot to visit :
Avignon : its famous bridge and its Palais des Papes.
Nîmes : the arenas, the Maison Carrée, the tour Magne.
Alès : its history and coalmines.

As for the nature, you have the choice between the Camargue or the Cevennes with ist caves, the Gorges of Ardèche.

Don’t miss the Luberon with Roussillon and their typical villages.
