Sale of calissons in Provence |
On its vast production site, the factory offers the public the chance to discover the different traditional practices in confectionary : the making of the calisson paste from the raw materials (melons, almonds, candied oranges), bain-marie cooking, the shaping and the glazing, as well as the making of flavored nougats, nougat eggs for Easter and some chocolate confections. |
