He knows to combine all thesavours of Provence in his cooking thanks to small subtle touches which allow the exaltation of the products.

The products : talking about them, the young chef puts a point of honour to get the very best !

Giving the priority to products from the region, most of his suppliers are a few kilometers from the restaurant. He will also propose a wine list from the most representative vineyards of the Côtes du Luberon or Côtes du Ventoux and if you prefer the Burgundies or Bordeaux you will also be able to select what you fancy.
