Jean-André Charial and his wife, Geneviève, have opened a bistro in Maussane-les-Alpilles, a village neighbouring their two prestigious establishments, the Oustau de Baumanière and the Cabro d’Or.
The menu is small, favouring seasonal produce and their utmost freshness, and mainly made up of dishes that Jean-André Charial likes to prepare daily for his family and friends.
Fixed price menu : starter, main course, dessert, for thirty-two euros per person.
Restaurant open all year round - Weekly closing : Tuesdays - Wednesdays.
