The main part called La Vieille Bastide offers upon entering a sumptuous vaulted lounge and home cinema space opening directly onto the garden, the dining room and the superb kitchen worthy of a great gourmet chef. The pantry with wine cabinet and big refrigerator-freezer serves as a separation and as access to the rest of the apartment, entirely set up for independent moments, opening onto another part of the garden with a fountain. Upstairs, there are two splendid bedrooms, with bathroom, which play with the light in the place and having direct access to the pool house and pool, as well as an entirely separate, contemporary studio.

The Vieille Bastide part also has 2 other apartments, including a contemporary loft, La Fenière, with its 3 bedrooms, and another luxurious apartment, Le Galinier, with an entirely equipped kitchen, fireplace, dining room and 3 comfortable bedrooms with bathroom.

The Grange, the annex to the Galinier, is divided into two parts. One, the Loft Rouge, opens its pivoting French windows to the Sycamores of the main drive. The bed, the bathtub and the sink are on the mezzanine. Closets occupy part of the wall on the ground floor and conceal a kitchenette. The other part, called The Galoubet, was once the estate's stable and you find the ground floor laid out around the former drinking trough leading to the garden.
