In High Season, we accept reservations for one-week periods, minimum. Long weekends are sometimes possible during our Low Season. Please see chart, below, for details. Check-in is between 17 and 19:00 and check-out is by 10:00 in the morning, to allow us to get everything ready for the next guests. Rentals start on days indicated in the chart, below, depending on the specific property.
Included in your one, seasonal rental fee are : all energy costs for air conditioning and heating, all bed linens and bath+pool towels, fireplace wood, charcoal for the barbeques, WIFI Internet and satellite TV, plus standard housekeeping services mid-week and at check-out. No surprises !
Deposits : We ask our guests for a 50 percent deposit of the full rental cost, as a guarantee. Said deposit may be made by bank transfer, by bank cheque in Euros or by international credit card. Ample details available at the time of contract-signing. Refunds of the rental deposit, minus a 20 percent service fee, only when the reservation is cancelled at least 120 days before the start date of the rental. A return of 50 percent of the rental deposit, minus the 20 percent service fee, only in cases where cancellation is made at least 90 days for the start date of the rental AND we are able to re-rent the property to another family.
Further, upon arrival, we ask our guests for a security deposit against breakage, excessive clean-up time, damage to or loss of property. This deposit is 50 percent of the full rental cost, to be posted as a debit to the guest's credit card and will be refunded by a credit to the same card, no more than 8 days after departure, minus any charges. The nature of charges, if any, will be fully explained.
Final payments : the remaining 50 percent payment of the full rental cost is due no less than 120 days before the commencement of the rental. Again, there are various options with regard to payment method.
International rules of courtesy and basic, common sense apply : no noise after 10.30 p.m. Children must be under parents' supervision and control, especially in and around the pool area. Guests are asked to sort and dispose of garbage in designated containers. Use designated car parks, please. No smoking inside the houses. No pets, no matter what size ! Prior approval required for non-resident guests at the pool and overnight on the property.
