Santo Flemo, vacation rental in Pernes-les-Fontaines

 Included in the rental price :

- electricity, water and access to the laundry room.
- sheets, towels and kitchen cloths are provided and changed once a week and meant for a "normal" use.
- end-of-stay housecleaning. In the case of a stay of more than one week, the linens kit is changed and the house cleaned at the end of a week.
Extra hours of housecleaning are possible upon request and at your charge.

  Deposit:

Reservations are considered firm upon reception of a deposit of 25% of the total rent. If the tenant withdraws from the contract, the proprietors keep the deposit. The reservations are confirmed by e-mail and are considered firm upon reception by post of the deposit and the signed contract. The remainder of the rent must be paid upon arrival.
Fees retained in the case of a cancellation (% of the rent) :
- 4 weeks before the fixed arrival date : 60%
- 3 weeks before the fixed arrival date : 80%
- 2 week before the fixed arrival date : 100%

  Guarantee:

A 800€ cheque must be left upon arrival. In the case of any damages, the cost of repairs will be deducted from this sum and the difference reimbursed to the tenant.
