Bar and Bistro in the Drôme Provençale

Same good humour and same warm welcome at the "Petit Bistrot de Vinsobres", bar and bistro in Provence. In this village situated in the heart of a renowned wine region, on an animated little square, just steps from the church and the steep alleyways, a pretty stone house with blue shutters and a somewhat retro decor welcomes passing tourists and local regulars. "As to the regulars, we serve mostly workers, grape harvesters and the guys who see to the upkeep of the vats." explain Jean-Luc and Bruno, the two waiters. They also serve Jo, 70 years old, her morning coffee. "I wouldn't say she's a chatterbox, but let's just say that when she is here you hear it !" smiles Bruno.
