The Château d'Estoublon lets you freely visit the gardens, the Romanesque chapel, the vineyards and the olive orchards.
The Grand Boutique, 400 m² big, offers tastings of Olive Oils - Wines - the Château's delicacies, as well as its decor shop.
The bistro "Mogador", a wine bar at lunchtime, offers a daily fixed-price menu and à la carte, as well as a tea salon in the afternoon with the chef's pastries (open every day except Wednesday from Easter to September). Luc Thierry, the chef, offers Provençal cooking classes which vary according to the season and the produce from the garden.

The reception halls host business lunches and dinners, receptions, weddings, and meetings and conferences.

The Chateau d'Estoublon's exceptional Christmas Market has earned itself a sizeable reputation and renown, taking place every year: decorations for the young and old, fine foods and wines from around the world, an old merry-go-round for children on the grounds of the Château, Christmas illuminations starting at 6pm, and a visit by Father Christmas and his reindeer on the weekends.
In the heart of Provence, the Chateau d'Estoublon is more than a simple stopover but rather the destination of a trip to the valley of the Baux de Provence.
