Wine Tasting Evenings
Alone, as a couple or with friends, Céline Viany, sommelier with a degree from the Wine University of Suze la Rousse and exercising her profession for over 20 years, will share with you her passion for the world of wine in a warm and convivial atmosphere.
We welcome you in an authentic, entirely restored Provençal residence in the heart of the vineyards.
A beginner or an enthusiast, your relationship with wine will take on a whole new aspect.
We take you on an initiatory journey into this wonderful world through a two-stage course.
Initiation in Wine Tasting :
· Learn how to taste the wine
· Learn how to talk about wine through the senses (olfactory, visual, taste)
· Recognize the aromas and flavours
· Discover the grape varieties and the appellations
· From 6pm to 8pm
· Tasting of 3 wines

Matching Food with Wine Workshops
· Initiation into wine tasting based on a theme
· Learn how to taste the wine

· Discover 3 wines in association with 3 dishes in the form of appetizers

* All reservations must be accompanied by a cheque for the total price. Registrations can be cancelled without cost up to 48 hours before the course.
We reserve the right to cancel an evening if the minimum number of participants is not reached.
