As our territory is home to many pottery craftsmen, especially in the villages (Châteauneuf du Rhône, Dieulefit or Cliousclat...), next Spring, Montélimar hosts an event on the theme of land and pottery, organized by the tourist office : Montélimar Terra Potiers.

The 52 exhibitors of this big potters market in Provence – a selection of craftsmen and professional artists, potters or ceramists from all over the France – will be comfortably installed on the Provençal Avenues, a privileged site, not to be missed, close to the town-centre, the weekly market (Saturday morning), and restaurants.

Different activities will take place during the 2 days of this potters market in Provence, to attract the greatest number of visitors : workshops for children and adults supervised by the skilled local associations, artists’ demonstrations, turning, and other techniques such as pottery with cord...
