Opening hours The Chateau of Les Baux de Provence is open all year round, including bank holidays : Spring from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Summer from 9 a.m. to 7.30 p.m. Autumn from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Winter from 9.30 a.m. to 7 p.m. The Café des Baux is open from the 1 April to 31 October. Fire the Giant Catapult - Hours Weekends, holidays and school holidays April, May, June : 12.00 p.m., 2. p.m., 5 p.m. July, August : 10 a.m., 12.00 p.m., 2 p.m., 4 p.m., 6 p.m. September : 11 a.m., 3 p.m., 5 p.m. (other days on reservation) Parking The village of Les Baux de Provence offers coach operators an exclusive free parking area with direct access near the main gate into the village.
