General conditions
The reception is opened from 8 a.m to 8 p.m
The check-in must absolutely be made before 8 p.m (unless previous agreement)
The bedrooms are available from 2 p.m and have to be released before 11 a.m (any late check-out will lead to the payement of an extra night).
Breakfast is served in the dining room from 7.30 to 10 a.m and from 8H00 to 10H30 a.m during the week-end
Small dogs are accepted (10 euros per day) so long as they are kept on the leash and do not stay alone in bedrooms.
For the comfort of all,the bedrooms are non-smoking.
The access to the bar is opened until 11 p.m.
The swimming-pool is not supervised, so please keep an eye on children. The access to the swimming-pool and swimming are under the parents’responsibility.
The direction declines its responsibility.
Security realsons : the access to the swimming-pool is authorized from 8 a.m to 10 p.m
The hotel closes at midnight

Booking
The reservations become effective only after receipt of the deposit (30% of the total amount of the stay)or credit card number (with date of expiry and the last 3 numbers figuring at the back) with authorization from the client to charge the amount of the deposit.

Cancelling conditions
Any cancellation 5 days (or more) before the planned check-in date is free. For any cancellation less than 5 days before the check-in date, the deposit will be kept or the credit card will be debited of one night per booked bedroom. (Art 1590 of the Civil Code).
The amenities of the hotel are ruled and exclusively reserved to the clients.
For return after midnight, the clients must absolutely take their key and badge with them
