Terms |
Cleaning, bed linen
The price includes cleaning after "normal" use. If a booking is made for several
weeks, the house is cleaned once a week. Bed linen, bath towels, pool towels
and kitchen linen are provided and are changed once a week.
Ltondry room
The ltondry room (washing machine) may be used if required. Please notify the gardienne (housekeeper) before using.
Meals
The location doesn't include meals.
Bikes
Mountain or trekking bikes are available for hire at reasonnable rates. |

Deposit
Reservations are considered final with the payment of a deposit
equal to 25% of the rental. If the customer withdraws from
the contract, the sum goes to the owners if the house cannot
be rented in the meantime.
Payment
The remainder of the rent is to be paid three weeks before the
start of the stay (we recommend that you take out a cancellation
insurance).
Charges in the case of a cancellation (% of the rent):
3 weeks before the stay : 60%
2 weeks before the stay : 80%
1 weeks before the stay : 100%
If the house can be rented in the meantime, the rent is refunded
to the client minus a forfeit of 200 euros, plus costs incurred
for advertising.
Guarantee
700 euros must be put down upon arrival. In the case
of damages, the costs of repairs will be deducted and the difference
refunded to the client. |
