Rental price is per week,
and includes :
* Gas and electricity
* Linen and towels, and pool towels (changed weekly)
* Maid service for 4 hours per week
* Pool maintenance (weekly).
Please note that pool heating (320 € per week) and
final cleaning (250 €)
are not included. An additional heating charge of 200€ per week may be requested in winter. |

An excellent service
is provided by the off-site caretaker. At extra cost, meals can be
prepared and delivered (or a cook supplied). Extra cleaning and baby
sitting can also be organised, again at extra cost. |
| Please note that smoking is not allowed
in the house. Small pets only are allowed and the owner must be informed
of pets at the time of the booking. |
In high season, bookings are from
Saturday to Saturday.
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the rental cost must be paid
to secure a booking and a security deposit of 1500 € is required to cover
the cost of any damages or breakages to or at the property, any additional
cleaning, and the cost of telephone and/or other services/utilities that
are not included in the rental price.
Short term breaks (less than one week) are also possible from mid- September to mid-May.
