you to come spend a truffle weekend in Ménerbes

January and February
For 2 people: 2 nights, 2 breakfasts and 2 meals,
1 with truffles

Friday :
- arrival at the Bastide de Soubeyras,
- apéritif at 8pm, then dinner.
Saturday :
- a good breakfast between 9 and 10am,
- 10am : leave for Richerenches, the Mecca of the black
truffle,
visit the market, meet with the truffle brokers, make personal
purchases, gather a few nice little ideas for gourmets and around
noon, we'll have a drink at the bistro, that goes without saying...
or a visit to the Maison de la Truffe et du Vin du Luberon
in Ménerbes,
depending on the number of people,
- then free time to do as you like, or return to Soubeyras,
- 5pm, back at the Bastide de Soubeyras, and there, those who wish
may join me in the kitchen for the preparation of a truffle meal.
Those who prefer not to potter with the pots and pans can just
watch, have a drink and relax.
- 8pm : Apéritif, then dinner, but a truffle dinner this
time.
