| The residence is located in the midst of the orchards of Tarascon and is surrounded by a magnificent private park covering 5 acres. It also has an impressive interior courtyard, a vaulted reception room with open fire and a large swimming pool. |

| The pool, which is situated in the Park, is close to, but slightly apart from the residence. It is built of stone, and is of an imposing size - 18 metres by 7 metres. It reminds one of a classical Italian pool, with its emerald green water, and the parasol pines around its edge. |
