When they discovered the panorama of such rare beauty, the old stone contructions with a square tower, and the peaceful character of the buildings around the courtyard, Hélène and Christian decided to stay. Here, between fields of lavender, fruit trees, and truffle oaks, while in the distance the Mont Ventoux sits imposingly dominating the whole valley, and the villages of Roussillon, Gordes, and many others.
